Mercado Libre had developed and documented a platform that was as valuable as it was complex.

The technical documentation produced was necessary but not sufficient to drive adoption among developers, designers, and implementers of e-commerce solutions, a vital part of their ecosystem.

A different approach was needed.

We applied qualitative and quantitative research techniques to understand the attitudinal profiles involved, their interests, decision-making processes, and appropriate communication strategies.

We redesigned and validated the value proposition, landing pages, communication, and navigation with real users. We handled the final design and front-end development, adhering to brand guidelines to ensure the final product was a consistent part of the platform.
