Functionality Mapping

This technique is used to obtain a prioritized map of functionalities to develop. Based on the identified needs, functionalities are prioritized according to user importance, frequency of use, and implementation cost.

Ideally, the mapping is developed jointly between design and development teams to achieve a shared vision.
